Welcome to Niue

Niue

Fakaalofa lahi atu and welcome to Niue, a Pacific Island paradise like no other. Niue is one of the smallest countries and one of the largest raised coral atolls on Earth. With a population of less than 1,500, Niue is a place where it’s normal for complete strangers to wave at each other. From crystal-clear waters perfect for diving and snorkelling to legendary fishing experiences, Niue is a destination where nature hasn’t been broken, and things are ‘the way they used to be’.

Engage in diving, snorkelling, fishing, exploring tracks, walks, and caves, and immerse yourself in Niuean culture and art.

Are you ready to wave hello to a serene and untouched paradise? Set your sails for Niue and dive into a world of crystal-clear waters, rich culture, and genuine hospitality. Niue is calling!

Getting There

Niue is serviced by Air New Zealand from Auckland that arrive in Niue the day before departure due to the crossing of the International Date Line. There are additional flights during peak travel seasons to give visitors more flexibility. The flight is just 3.5hrs and same day connections are available from many major cities in NZ and Australia.

These connections make it easy to plan your trip, whether you’re looking for a short island getaway or a longer stay to fully unwind and explore Niue’s natural beauty. From weekend escapes to extended holidays, it’s never been easier to experience Niue at your own pace. If planning to arrive by yacht, then use one of the sheltered swing moorings on offer that can be booked in advance.
